2025 Vancleave Youth Football & Cheer

SPONSORSHIP FORM

The Vancleave Youth Football & Cheer League is a nonprofit 501(c)3. We are pleased to offer 2 tax deductible options for sponsorship signs this season. Receipts will be provided with the league tax ID# and issued when the donation is received. Funds from sponsorship signs will help keep community cost low, purchase equipment and concession needs of the league. The league supports up to 1,500 visitors a day during season games and up to 2,500 visitors during our playoff tournament.

OPTION 1 - 5 YEAR METAL SIGN - $1,500

A large quality metal sign with your business information will be placed at the field in a prime location to advertise your support for the Vancleave Youth Football and Cheer League over a 5-year time period. Signs will remain displayed and maintained starting with the 2025 season until the end of the 2030 season.

OPTION 2 - VINYL FIELD BANNER - $300.00

8ft x 4ft Vinyl banners will line the football field fence to advertise your business in support of the VYFCL during the 2025 season. A custom vinyl banner with your business information will be displayed for advertising purposes. The league will offer discounted renewal banner to the 2025 season sponsors in the amount of $250.00 per renewal.

OPTION 3 - VINYL ENTRY BANNER - $150.00

24in x 18in Vinyl banners will line the fence along the entry way to bleacher to advertise your business in support of the VYFCL during the 2025 season. A custom vinyl banner with your business information will be displayed for advertising purposes.

OPTION 4 - NAME ON LARGE BANNER - $75.00

8ft x 4ft Vinyl banner will be hung on field house along the entry way to bleachers to advertise all businesses in this option in support of the VYFCL during the 2025 season. A custom vinyl banner with your business name will be displayed for advertising purposes.
