We, the parent/guardian of participating athletes, agreed to return all issued football equipment to Vancleave Youth Football & Cheer League at the end of the season on the mandatory equipment return date. We will be responsible for the cost to replace any equipment not returned. We will be responsible for the cost of damages to all returned football equipment caused by player abuse or neglect. Normal wear and tear is expected. Replacement costs are estimated below, and subject to vendor pricing, including shipping, handling and taxes. Any stickers, markers, paint, tape, etc., not approved or issued VYFCL placed on helmets or pads will result in a $250.00 fine. Keeping the equipment in good shape will allow the equipment to be used in years to come and is cost-effective for the league. Returning equipment also helps to ensure that registration fees remains reasonable and affordable to future players in our community.
