If your child is under the age of 5 years old during the 2025 football/cheer season or the 2025 football/cheer camp, the Vancleave Youth Football League, Jackson County Recreation Department and Entertainment Sports Promotion Insurance Company are in no way liable for any injury, illness, or accidents resulting from or during your child’s time participating in our youth sports program. The child’s parent/guardian who signs below will accept full responsibility for the child’s health and wellbeing on behalf of anyone who could bring a claim against the listed agencies while participating in the Vancleave Youth Football League and will not hold the Vancleave Youth Football League, Jackson County Recreation Department, or Entertainment Sports Promotion Insurance Company liable for any illnesses, accidents, or injuries caused by participation in the 2025 Vancleave Youth Football League football/cheer season or the 2025 football/cheer camp.
